Owner of the data processing
Owner of the processing of personal data, collected through the e-mail address info@nvd.it or through the form “write us” is New Venture Development S.p.A. – P. IVA 07257610019. – Via Asti,4 – 10015 Ivrea (TO) – Italy – Telephone – 0125 641183 – Fax 0125 48772 – info@nvd.it and amministrazione@pec.nvd.it, hereinafter simply referred to as “NVD”, which determines the purposes and means of the processing of the collected data.
Personal data means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person, hereafter referred to simply as “data subject”.
Processing means any operation or set of operations, whether or not involving automated processes, applied to personal data or sets of personal data, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, comparison or interconnection, restriction, erasure or destruction..
Automated decision-making process
The personal data communicated by the interested party will be processed by NVD exclusively to respond to the requests of the interested party and therefore – legitimate interest of the owner – within the limits strictly necessary to the ‘activity of information and response that NVD intends to give to its interlocutors in relation to what is set out in the e-mail message.
Therefore, only information that is appropriate, relevant, and limited to satisfying the data subject’s requests will be processed, in a manner that minimizes the invasiveness of the processing with respect to the data subject and takes into account the data subject’s reasonable expectations regarding the information he or she has shared with NVD.
Because of this balancing act and the assessment of the limited impact of the processing on the protection of personal data, NVD believes it can rely on its legitimate interest as a prerequisite for the lawfulness of the processing.

Automated decision-making process
Please note that the processing of the acquired personal data will not involve any form of automated decision-making, including profiling that produces legal effects concerning the data subject or affects him or her in a similarly significant way, or concerns the special categories of data in Article 9 of the European Regulation 679/2016 (formerly sensitive data).
Recipients
Personal data collected through the e-mail address will be processed internally at NVD through authorized personnel or through entities that will process personal data on behalf of NVD after contracting as data processors and adopting due safeguards to protect personal data.
In any case, the data will not be transferred in any way to a country outside the European Union.
Duration of treatment
Except for possible and different – subsequent – processing for other purposes related to the data subject’s requests (of which, however, prior information will be given to the data subject), personal data collected here will be deleted within 24 months of their collection, following the periodic verification procedure that NVD performs so that personal data are not kept longer than necessary.
Rights of the person concerned
The data subject may exercise the following rights against NVD:
- To obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, the sources from which they originate, and communication in intelligible form of such data.
- In cases provided for by law, receive, obtain the cancellation and limitation of processing.
- To obtain the updating, rectification and integration of their data.
- In the cases provided for by Law, to receive in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format the personal data provided;
- Right to object, in the ways indicated below;
- To lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority and/or judicial review if he/she believes that his/her rights have been violated as a result of processing.
